Restoration Projects at Wilson Auto Repair During September 2017

There is plenty of work for us to complete this month and we thought we would take a short break to give you a glimpse behind the garage doors and under the hoods of the vehicles in our shop this September.  We have a lot of Chevy and Ford trucks, Broncos, Blazers and Jeeps in for repairs and restorations.

To kick things off, take a peek at this 56 Chevy we are doing some body work on.

We are finishing up this frame off Nova.

Here are a couple of really nice interior shots.  The first is from a convertible Lincoln, the next is the interior of a 1960 Ford Thunderbird.

Check out the picture for the first truck… well sort of truck.  It’s the un nderside of 64 el Camino.

This is a really clean Chevy stepside pickup.

This 1966 Ford F100 came in with a rusting bed.  We are in the process of repairing it.

Ford Broncos are really skyrocketing in value.  Lots of collectors are trying to get their hands on them.  This one came to our shop.  The interior on this looks really great!

Three Chevy Blazers are here for work as well.  They are all super nice.  Would be hard for us to choose a favorite.

This is the interior of a CJ7 Jeep.

Here is a Jeep Commando getting a partial restoration.  We are dropping in a new engine and rebuilding the running gear.

One more Jeep is in the shop for repairs.

We don’t get many of these in the shop.  Check out this Mercury Capri.  We are transforming this car by painting the engine compartment and rebuilding the motor.

We are also doing some work on the seats of a Triumph Spitfire.
