Chevy revealed to the world a brand new Corvette back in 1963.  It was the biggest update to the Corvette in a decade.  The ‘63 Vette had design elements from both the experimental Q-Corvette and Bill Mitchells Sting Ray dream car.  The all-new Corvette was the most advanced Vette to date and had new purpose-built chassis featured four-wheel independent suspension big drum brakes (discs were still in development) with a 360hp iteration of the 327 cubic-inch small-block V8.

The 1963 Corvette is an American icon of the automobile industry and is easily one of the most recognizable shapes in automotive design. More 50 years since its launch, the C2 Corvette remains one of the most admired and coveted classic cars of all time.

So, take a chance on owning a legend and at the same time, help to support the history of classic American automobiles. Even if you do not win the grand prize, you can still feel good knowing you are helping to preserve the past.

Here are some other images of the 1963 Stingray that will eventually go home with one lucky winner.
