Warm weather is upon us here in Texas and those sunny days can mean only one thing, car shows are back! There are literally hundreds of car shows planned starting this month and rolling through the summer.

Here are the local shows we think are going to be the must-see events of the season.
27th Dallas Spring National Classic Car Show

The Sam Pack’s Auto Group is hosting the 27th Annual Spring Nationals Classic Car Show in Dallas. Car Pro will be there to broadcast the show live. It is completely free to get in for all spectators. Enjoy some food and music while you check out some super sweet classic cars. Proceeds from food and donations for entering the Sam Pack Classic Car Auto Museum will benefit Holy Angels.
Wood Waves and Wheels 2017

Come feast your eyes on a trifecta of beautiful vehicles. Wood Waves and Wheels displays some of the finest vintage cars and motorcycles against the backdrop of the gorgeous Fort Worth Boat Club. It is, free and open to the public which has quickly made it a regional favorite event.
The 25th Annual Yellow Rose Classic Car Show
Date: (Sat & Sun) July 8 & 9, 2017
The North Texas Mustang Club will host the 25th Annual Yellow Rose Classic Car Show. It is the largest all-Ford, indoor show in the southwest. Come check out every era of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury… from antiques & classics to the latest in Ford powered vehicles. This year’s event features 50 years of the Mercury Cougar and the overall theme of the event will be “A Texas Road Trip”. This is a must-see show for any fan of Fords.
Northeast Texas 10th Annual Classic Car Show

If you are willing to make the drive to Paris, TX you won’t be disappointed. The admission and parking are free for this event and there will be lots of door prizes awarded. Plenty of food vendors will be on hand to satisfy your hunger after you’ve feasted your eyes on tons of classics. It is a very family-friendly event, so pack up the kids and we will see you there!
22nd Annual Rock & Roll Nostalgia Car Show & Cruise

An evening cruise to the town square in Slanton, TX on Friday, July 15 will reward you with an impressive classic car parade, at 7:30pm, through town and around the square. Then on Saturday, July 15th they will all be sitting pretty for foot traffic to gawk at. Its a great event with music, games, raffles, food and more! The classic cars are pretty sweet too…
Westlake Classic Car Show

The 7th Annual Westlake Classic Car Show is happening at the Solana Club in Westlake, TX. This show is completely dedicated to the “Golden Era” of the automobile. Years 1909 to 1959 will be celebrated by showcasing the first 5 decades of automobiles. There will only be originals or original-restored cars and truck on display. No custom cars, no hot-rods, no muscle, just the classics! Each decade will be well represented by sedans, convertibles and pickups in each class and will include many very rare and unique vehicles.
