Melba was just in for a noise under the hood of her Mitsubishi Montero.Turns out to be a water pump.
When she picked up the car we ask her why she has allowed us to service her car.
She said she comes to the shop because she knows her car will be fixed correctly, that we care about pleasing her and that she feels comfortable coming to a place where the owner knows her name.

Laura brings in her 1991Oldsmobile Ciera 4 Door regularly for oil changes. She also wants us to check over the car while we change the oil.
She likes to come to our place because she feels comfortable and she like the atmosphere in the waiting rrom. She believes in honesty and integrity and she gets that type of treatment from Wilson Auto Repair. She likes the owner and appreciates the fact that he is a good christian person.

Joan brings her 1991 Chevrolet pickup to Wilson Auto Repair because the appreicates the friendliness and has become good friends with all the employees. For nearly 10 years all of our family’s vehicles (we currently have 4) have been maintained by Barry Wilson’s Wilson Auto Repair. It was overheating and loosing alot of Anti Freeze. I am a regular customer of Wilson Auto Repair so I took it in for an diagnosis. They found the engine the freeze plugs leaking. Their advice was to buy another car. I wanted to fix this car and ask for a price. Bren their service writer I suggest installing a low mileage used engine. Once I had the estimate, Bren told me to think about it for a while even though I told him to get started. I could not be happier with my car. I cannot hear it running at a stop light. No more leaks. He came the first time because he saw Barry on Fox 4 TV. He switch from a nearby dealership and has become a regular customer of Wilson Auto Repair.
