1972 MGB Frame Off Restoration. Body was completely disassembled, engine overhauled, fabrication completed on the body to remove rusted areas. Underside of body, trunk and passenger compartment coated. All the parts are sand blasted and powdered coated before reinstalling.
This 1972 MGB is coming along. Paint is completed, engine is running, all the wiring is installed, bumpers are installed, tail lights, back up lights and marker lights are all working. We are sanding blasting the rostyle wheels and powder coating them to match the original color scheme. The head lights are upgrade to higher output lights. The grill was not available so we removed the dents and poshlished and repainted. All the bumper brackets were sand blasted and powder coated. The air conditioning box is set in the fire wall and we only lack the hoses.
The dash was a challenge. A new dash was ordered and when it arrived it did not include the metal backing. The old dash was stripped and we reglued the new dash on the old metal. The Smith gages were all refurbished and new switches installed.
Very close to installing the new interior.
