Rust is a big enemy of your classic car or truck
To repair rusted areas, the technique involves cutting out the the rusted metal, making a template to use as a pattern, making a new piece of metal to fit the affected area and welding the new patch to the car. Then we grind and smooth the weld making the final product look like the original part.
We have installed new floor pans and trunk pans and replaced just a portion of the floor pans, In addition we have replaced quarter panels, repaired and replaced rocker panels and customized firewalls.
This is a slow process that takes many hours of metal grinding, pattern making and welding so that the final result looks like the original part. Pictures of all of the projects are available.
