We made an upper radiator pipe out of stainless tubing. Started with a U Bend, cut the U Bend to follow a path from the Thermostat Housing to the Upper Radiator Connection. Tack welded and rechecked the angles, TIG welded the two pipes together, added a raised area on both ends with welding rod, then the piece was had sanded and polished.
